To be honest, I don’t even drink that many smoothies. I eat lots of fruit, sure, but I don’t usually crave smoothies because a lot of them contain yogurt. I not a huge fan.
Luckily, I stumbled across a recipe on Yummly that promised a healthier smoothie with no yogurt. And after making it, I can honestly say this is nearly full-on fruit — so much so that it reminds me of the olden days when I juiced fruits and veggies into frothy sippables.
